Ahmet pilavcı. Evde, dışarda ilk yemek tercihi pilav. Cerrahpaşaya her geldiğimizde haliyle pilavcı adem'e de uğruyoruz. Bu seferde öyle oldu. Ben pek pilav sevmem, sevmem demeyeyim de aramam diyelim. Olursa yerim olmazsa sormam. Hanım öyle değil. Ahmetin pilavcı olma sebebi odur diye düşündürecek kadar pilavcı. Adem'in pilavı güzel. Tezgahında muhtelif yemekler de var. Ama her geldiğimde patlıcanlı güveç istiyorum. Benim için biraz fazla yağlı gibi görünse de, güveç çok lezzetli. Ademe sordum. Güveçteki bu patlıcanları filan önce kızartıyor musunuz? 'bilmiyorum abi istersen ustayı arayıp sorayım.' sonra sorarsın, bir dahaki gelişimde söylersin. Bence kızartıyor. Ben de öyle yapıyorum ve sonra güveçte birleştiriyorum. Zaten yağlı olma sebebi de bu kızartma. Bende reflü var. Ama dokunmadı. Adem, mendez, doğan.. Bu üçlü yürütüyor. Tabelada Unkapanı pilavcısı yazıyor. Ayrıca pilavcı adem yazan başka bir tabela da var. Temiz bir mekan. Adem sohbetşinas. Yolu düşen uğrasın derim.

Gelirken pilavcı diye düşündüm ama sadece tavuklu pilav yada pilav ciğer yok bir kaç ana yemekte var. Ben pilav Arnavut ciğeri açık ayran aldım lezzetlilerdi. Çay ikram şeklinde. 85 tl verdim. Porsiyonları büyük. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü samimi ve saygılılar. Temizlik konusunda hızlılar. Masalar temiz tertipli. teşekkür ederim.

No joke one of the best restaurants that offer pilav. I’ve been having it for 3 days in a row now with Tavuk sote which Tastes heavenly. Totally recommend it.

Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi hemen karşısında, 35D numaralı İETT hattı ile rahatça gelinecek mekan. Sulu yemekleri, etli yemekleri efsane lezzetlidir. Tavuklu pilavı ise tane tane ve leziz oluyor. Fiyat olarak da gayet makuldur. Hızlı ve hijyenik sunum için teşekkür ediyorum.
